US GQ MAGAZINE held their Men Of The Year party last night, but everybody was talking about one woman - MEGAN FOX.

The Transformers beauty stole the limelight from stars such as ZAC EFRON, RUSSELL BRAND and LEONARDO DICAPRIO at the LA bash, looking stunning in this pink dress.

Randy Russell must have considered working the charm after catching a glimpse of Megan, though unfortunately for the Brit funnyman she was accompanied by boyfriend BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN.

Megan, who is called Obsession by GQ, was the only female to make the magazine's annual list of winners and there's three reasons why.

One, for becoming a "scene stealer" in Transformers; two, for being considered a hit on the internet; and three, for having a "sultry look".

Megan deserves every award she gets...
